History
Incorporated in 1994 and headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, PBSI provides comprehensive and integrated programs that address training, education, leader development, organizational design and implementation, democracy transition, and rule of law across a broad spectrum of functional areas. Our experience spans nearly two decades implementing programs in over 30 countries and our team, composed of former military, law enforcement, and private sector experts has on average more than two decades of hands-on experience in their field. Sustainability and measures of effectiveness are integral parts of all project design.
