Six Sigma
The Six Sigma methodology, developed in 1986 by Motorola, is a company-wide technique to achieve breakthroughs in productivity gains, PPM reduction, and in-cycle time reduction. Motorola's creation of the original formula led them to unprecedented growth, profitability, and recognition with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 1999. Six Sigma provides businesses with the tools to improve the sigma capability of their processes - leading to defect reduction and vast improvement in profits. Six Sigma Executive Overview - 3.5 Hours - This Six Sigma program provides executives and senior managers with an in-depth overview of Six Sigma and its powerful effects on an organization. Lastly, it explains how to implement the necessary infrastructure for a sustainable Six Sigma initiative.
Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training - 16 Hours - The six sigma yellow belt training course is designed to provide a broad framework of understanding of the Six Sigma improvement methodology, concepts, and language, along with a toolbox of basic process improvement methods applied within a Six Sigma framework, including basic Statistical Process Control Charts. The course is targeted at a wide audience of Six Sigma team members who need familiarity with the overall process and the basic process improvement tools.
Six Sigma Green Belt Training - 32 Hours - Green Belts are practitioners that spend up to 20% of their working hours in support of Black Belt projects or Six Sigma projects of their own. Our six sigma green belt course shows you how to use many of the proven Six Sigma problem-solving methods and statistical tools to contribute to the success of your organization. This Six Sigma Green Belt course follows the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) model and teaches the soft skills required to participate in projects effectively. The Green Belt training does not address the area of statistics in depth, as it is part of the Black Belt’s job to provide this training, as needed, to their team.
