Project Initiation -Your PBSI project manager will assist your organization in the key activities that are required to guide the project through closure. These activities include: Developing the business case, completing the feasibility study, establishing the project charter, appointing the project team, setting up the project office, performing the phase review.

Project Planning -The successful foundation of any project begins before the execution process commences. IT projects require, by their nature, a complex set of planning decisions that strongly impact the long-term success of the project.
