The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) establishes long-term government-wide contracts to provide federal agencies with access to products and services. Agencies can order directly from GSA Schedule contractors, like PBSI or through the GSA Advantage! Online shopping and ordering system.
GSA Schedules offer several features and advantages such as:
When orders are placed against a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract, using the procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.4, they are considered to be issued using full and open competition (see FAR 6.102(d)(3)). Ordering offices need not seek further competition, synopsize the requirement, make a separate determination of fair and reasonable pricing, or consider small business programs. By placing an order against a GSA Schedule contract using the procedures in this section, the ordering office has concluded that the order represents the best value and results in the lowest overall cost alternative considering price, special features, administrative costs, etc.) to meet the government's needs.
Schedule 69 is issued by the General Services Administration (GSA). Schedule 69 is an acquisition tool for customers to procure an endless variety of custom training and technical assistance that can be perfectly tailored to meet your specific needs to satisfy all of your agency's course development, administration and testing requirements. For example, Forensic Training, Change Management, and Leadership Development programs are available and can be tailored to the core competencies, values and needs of your organization.
Products and ordering information on this GSA Schedule are also available on GSA's online ordering system, GSA! Advantage. Agencies can browse the site by clicking the GSA Advantage logo:
